The Town of Bonavista has received a home-based business application to operate a regulated child day dayhome at 46 Brown’s Hill in the Residential (RES) zone of Bonavista.
The Town of Bonavista is considering this application under the “childcare” category as a “Discretionary Use” under Regulation 23 of the Town of Bonavista Development Regulations.
This Notice of Discretionary Use is advertised in accordance with Sections 19 of the Town of Bonavista Development Regulations, 2014-2024. Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed development is asked to contact the Town of Bonavista in writing on or before, February 2nd, 2024.
