The Town of Bonavista has received an application to open one short-term rental accommodation business at 160-162 Cape Shore Road in the residential zone of Bonavista.
This application is being considered as a “Discretionary Use” under Regulation 86 of the Town of Bonavista Development Regulations and meets the requirements of the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Regulations.
This Notice of Discretionary Use is advertised in accordance with Sections 19 of the Town of Bonavista Development Regulations, 2014-2024. Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed development is asked to contact the Town of Bonavista in writing on or before August 8th, 2023.
