Discretionary Use Notice - 17 Davis Lane
The Town of Bonavista has received an application to operate a footcare business at 17 Davis Lane, which will also be mobile, servicing clients in their own homes. This type of business is identified as a "personal service" under a discretionary use in the Residential (RES) zone of the Town of Bonavista Development Regulations, 2014-2024.
The Town is considering the application under its discretionary authority, and anyone wishing to make representation on this matter must do so in writing and must be received by the Economic Development and Heritage Officer, Town of Bonavista, no later than 4:30 pm on November 16, 2026.
