DISCRETIONARY USE NOTICE - 95 Cape Shore Road

The Town of Bonavista has received an application to operate a short-term

accommodation business at 95 Cape Shore Road. This type of business is

identified as a discretionary use in the Residential (RES) zone of the Town of

Bonavista Development Regulations, 2014 -2024 and the Short-Term

Accommodation Regulations.

The Town is considering the application under its discretionary authority, and

anyone wishing to make representation on this matter must do so in writing and

must be received by the Economic Development and Heritage Officer, Town of

Bonavista, no later than 4:30 pm on March 19th, 2026. Further information can
