Water Restriction notice

The Town of Bonavista is advising all residents that effective immediately, a temporary water ban is in place due to low water levels caused by ongoing dry conditions and potential fire risks.

During this ban, the following activities are NOT permitted:

– Lawn watering

– Car washing

– Filling pools or hot tubs

– Power washing of driveways, siding, etc.

– Any other non-essential water use

These measures are necessary to help restore and maintain an adequate water supply for essential services and residential use.

We appreciate your cooperation and ask all residents to conserve water as much as possible during this time.

Town staff will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as conditions change.
