Discretionary Use Notice - 18-24 Forbes Street

The Town of Bonavista has received an application to operate a clothing Consignment shop business at 18-24 Forbes Street in the Mixed-Use-Heritage (MU-H) zone of Bonavista.

The Town of Bonavista is considering this application under the category of "Specialty Shop" under a discretionary use of the Mixed-Use Heritage Zone (MU-H), as per the Town of Bonavista Development Regulations, 2014-2024.

This Notice of Discretionary Use is advertised in accordance with Section 19 of the Town of Bonavista Development Regulations, 2014-2024. Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed development is asked to contact the Town of Bonavista in writing on or before August 28^th, 2026.
